I've written about water-saving products in the past, but this is something quite different. I think it's important for those of us who care about watershed quality to pay attention to innovative methods like this one that serve a twofold function -- to raise funding to protect a watershed and to educate more people about their local waterways.

Since I share the same hometown as the Victory Brewing Company -- Downingtown, PA -- I can especially relate to their respect for the Brandywine Creek.
